Community Ambassador Program 🌿
Thank you for helping support and spread the word about the East Tennessee Holistic Health Fair!
As a Community Ambassador you can help reach practitioners, holistic health & wellness businesses, and community members who may not otherwise hear about the event. Your support is deeply appreciated as we grow this first-year regional gathering.
Current Focus: Vendor Outreach
(Now through the Summer)
Our current focus is helping spread the word to holistic practitioners and holistic health and wellness businesses that may want to participate in the fair.
Some ways you can help include:
- Share the vendor registration link
- Invite practitioners you know personally
- Scan your local community for holistic-minded businesses that may be a good fit (yoga or pilates studios, chiropractors, crystal shops, wellness centers, herbal businesses, movement practitioners, etc.)
- Tag practitioners or wellness businesses who may be a good fit on social media posts
- Share in aligned Facebook groups or wellness communities
Public Promotion Phase
(Late Summer through the event on Oct. 24th)
As the event gets closer, ambassadors will also help promote attendee awareness and community participation.
This may include:
- Share the Facebook Event or Website Event link with your email list, clients, followers, and community at least once a month
- Share attendee ticket information at least once a month (coming in soon)
- Post event flyers digitally and in community spaces receptive to wellness-related events (coming soon)
- Sharing the event posts from Facebook and Instagram at least once a month
- Post countdowns, reminders, and event updates
- Share to Facebook & Instagram stories
